I am supposed to make chocolate cupcakes for tomorrow's Christmas party.

I need 2/3 cup cocoa powder.

I have 1/3 cup.

David is out.

Bee is asleep.  

Max is not a good shopper.

My next door neighbor is not the type of person I can borrow from.

The internet is not helping.

I am stuck.
